1. How can I buy my tickets?
Via the Internet and by calling the Call Center (+34 91 837 26 74).
2. Where can I pick up my tickets?
You can ask us to send them to your home, or you can pick them up at the box office from April 28 or at the “Entradas.com” terminals located in the box office area of the Arena from April 15.
3. Can I change my tickets after having bought them?
No changes or reimbursements are allowed for the tickets purchased.
4. Has my purchase been processed correctly?
If your purchase has been processed correctly, you will receive a confirmation email (at the address you entered in the payment screen) which includes detailed information regarding the purchase you have just made.

5. If I have chosen home delivery, when will I receive the tickets?
The tickets will be sent from March 15, 2008 . You will receive your tickets at the address you specified before the second week of April.
6. What happens if I have not received the tickets by then?
If you have not yet received your tickets by the second week of April, please contact us at final4@entradas.com .
7. From what date can I pick up my tickets from the box office at the Sports Palace?
The box office will be open during the following hours for this purpose:
*Monday April 28, 2008 to Wednesday April 30, 2008:
Opening hours: 4 pm to 8 pm
*Thursday May 1, 2008 and Saturday May 3, 2008:
Opening hours: midday to 8 pm
*Friday May 2, 2008 and Sunday, May 4, 2008:
Opening hours: 10 am to 8 pm
From April 15, 2008, 2 automatic ticket pick up terminals will be available in the box office area of the Sports Palace.
8. How far in advance do I have to arrive at the Sports Palace?
The doors will open one and a half hours before the start of the event.
9. What can I do if I lose my tickets?
The price of tickets will only be reimbursed if the event is cancelled. No distribution fees or any other fees related to travelling to the event will be reimbursed.
