TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL TICKET HOLDERS FOR THE EUROLEAGUE BASKETBALL FINAL FOUR IN MADRID, SPAIN, MAY 2 & 4, 2008.

The 2008 Euroleague Basketball Final Four will take place in Madrid , Spain , at the Community of Madrid Sports Palace. On Friday, May 2 the first semifinal game will take place beginning at 6.00PM, and the second will take place immediately afterwards. On Sunday, May 6, the 3rd and 4th place game will be held at 6.00PM and the Final will take place immediately afterwards. The schedule is subject to changes.


Teams will qualify for the Euroleague Basketball Final Four as follows:

 

• The 24 Euroleague Basketball teams will play a regular season from October 22, 2007 to January 31, 2008 .

 

• The Top 16 clubs coming from the Euroleague Basketball Regular Season will play in the Euroleague Basketball Top 16 from February 13 to March 20.

• The top 8 clubs from the Euroleague Basketball Top 16 will qualify for the Euroleague Basketball Playoffs from April 1 to April 10.

• The 4 winners of the Euroleague Basketball Playoffs will qualify for the Euroleague Basketball Final Four.

The 2008 Euroleague Basketball Final Four is being hosted by the City of Madrid (hereinafter “the Host”) in coordination with and under the supervision of Euroleague Basketball, S.L. In its role of Host, the City of Madrid is responsible for ticket sales. For international ticket sales, Euroleague Basketball, S.L. have entered into a contract with TICE, S.A. (Entradas.Com), one of the top international on-line ticket providers. All on-line ticket purchases will be billed by TICE, S.A. (Entradas.Com), the company that will appear on your credit card statement.

All on-line ticket purchases are final, regardless of which four teams qualify to play in the Euroleague Basketball Final Four. There will be no refunds or exchanges (except in the event of cancellation).

Immediately after your on-line purchase, you will receive an e-mail that will include a confirmation number, confirmation of your seat location and the total amount paid (which will be billed to your credit card).

Rules of Behaviour.

A ticket is subject to revocation upon violation of the following rules. The holder, and any minor accompanying the holder (individually and collectively, the “Holder”), agree to all of the terms hereof.

No refunds will be given to Holders who are refused entry or ejected from the Community of Madrid Sports Palace (hereinafter the “Arena”) on account of drunkenness, drugs, sharp or dangerous objects, weapons, or behaviour putting other people in danger.

The Holder agrees not to transmit, distribute, or sell (or help in transmitting, distributing, or selling) any description, account, picture, video, audio or other form of reproduction of the event or any related activities (in whole or in part) for which this ticket is issued (hereinafter the “Event”). This ticket may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, without the express written consent of Euroleague Basketball, S.L. and the Host.

The Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury (including death) and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event, howsoever caused and whether by negligence or otherwise.

Ticket Holders must act in accordance with the rules and restrictions displayed on the back side of the tickets as follows :

1. The stay and entry to the Arena is subject to the compliance with the laws, regulations, other by-laws and internal     regulations of the Arena (hereinafter “the Regulations” ). By the purchase of the entrance ticket, as well as by showing it     at the entrance, the Holder of the entrance ticket agrees to the Operating regulations of the Arena. The Holder of the     entrance ticket must keep the entrance ticket with him/her for the whole period of stay in the Arena and submit it at the     request of the Host for checking .

2. The entry to the Arena is at the own risk of the Holder of the entrance ticket.

3. The Arena and the Host reserve the right to refuse entry or lead out every person who does not comply with the     Regulations, Operating regulations, Instructions of the Host or the conditions specified on the entrance ticket, or whose     behaviour is disorderly in the opinion of the Arena and/or the Host. The Holder will not receive any compensation for the     nominal price of the entrance ticket.
    A Holder of the entrance ticket under the effect of alcohol or drugs will be led out of the Arena without any compensation     of the nominal price of the entrance ticket. In case of injury of any person, the Holder of the entrance ticket must notify     the Host. The Arena and the Host are not liable for damages caused to the property and health of the Holders, if they are     caused by irresponsible approach of the other people present .

4. The Holder of the entrance ticket is subject to a personal security check of his/her person and his/her luggage with the     aim of ensuring security of all visitors. Late comers will be led to the Arena during a suitable break only and will be seated     according to the instructions of the Host .

5. It is not permitted to bring into the Arena any alcohol drinks, umbrellas, drugs, food, bottles, pressurised containers,     vessels of every kind, unworn clothing, cans, political and advertising materials, glass, toxic and other narcotic     substances, luggage above the size provided for by the Operating regulations, weapons and other dangerous objects.     Only the consumption of food and drinks purchased in the Arena is permitted. Smoking in the Arena is prohibited with the     exception of the areas reserved for this purpose.

6. People bringing any kind of recording devices (namely data, video and audio devices) will not be allowed to enter the     Arena, except in the event that these devices are authorised by Euroleague Basketball, S.L. The transmission, production     and reproduction of the Event in any manner whatsoever will be forbidden, including through the internet and mobile     telephones. Taking photographs and making video and audio recordings in the course of the Event, including breaks or     halftime, will not be allowed. Audio and video recordings made in the Arena may not be used for commercial purposes     without the permission of Euroleague Basketball, S.L. The unauthorised use, transmission or reproduction of the logo or     trademark of the Arena and/or Euroleague Basketball is forbidden. It is also forbidden to engage in any marketing and     advertising activities in the Arena or its surroundings.

7. The Holder of the entrance ticket agrees with the use, free of charge, of his/her picture as a part of any total or partial     video recording, transmission or reproduction of the Event, for commercial and publicity purposes, and in connection with     the Arena, the Host and their sponsors. The images of the Holder of the entrance ticket, who may be filmed on a video     for documentary purposes, may be published in this format without notification.

8. The entrance ticket will be valid only for the specified day, hour, Event, venue and seat. Likewise, it will be valid only with     its separable part and for one entry. After leaving the arena it will be no longer valid. Additional modifications will     invalidate the entrance ticket. In case of damage, destruction, loss, theft or expiration of validity of the entrance ticket, it     may not be replaced or its price returned or any other compensation provided. Further sale, transfer or getting rid of the     entrance ticket without the written consent of the Host or any attempt at further sale at a higher price than the price     printed on the entrance ticket, will cause its invalidity. The Holder of such an entrance ticket will not be allowed to enter     the Arena, or will be led out of the facilities. Such an entrance ticket constitutes the reason for its seizure, without     compensation of its nominal price or other type of compensation. Without an express written consent of the Arena and     the Host, the buyer or the Holder of the entrance ticket must not dispose of it in any manner in connection with publicity     (including competitions and consumers’ lotteries) of any products or services for any commercial or other purposes. The     entrance ticket is a security document, its forgery and modification are forbidden. The entry for all Holders of such     entrance tickets will be refused by the Arena and the Host.

9. The paid entrance fee will not be returned, and the entrance ticket will not be replaced. In case of cancellation of the     Event, the Holder of the entrance ticket will file the claim for the refund of the entrance fee according to the instructions of     the Host. Service fees will not be returned. Compensation of special costs (e.g. hotel and travel expenses) will not be     provided. Euroleague Basketball, S.L. and the Host reserve the right to change the programme of the event (e.g. date     and/or time).

10. Holders will protect their entrance tickets against any source of heat, light and PVC and will keep them in a safe place.      Holders must check the information on the entrance tickets. The Host recommends travelling to the Arena by public      transport.
     The Holders of the entrance tickets are kindly requested to arrive at the Arena two hours before the beginning of the      Event due to security inspections, and for their comfort. Coming after that time does not guarantee seating by the      beginning of the Event .
