General terms and conditions of sale

1. Due to security reasons, there is a limit of six tickets per transaction.

2. A ticket is a single physical ticket that entitles you to watch all the Final Four 2008 games.

3. Tickets can be charged to any active and valid credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, 4B and Red 6000).

4. Ticket prices include VAT .

5. Service charges: Internet and Call Centre sales are subject to a surcharge on the price of each ticket .

6. Home delivery: This will be offered via a courier service, and is subject to an additional surcharge of €12 per delivery for     national addresses and €50 per delivery for international addresses.

7. Disabled access tickets: The organisation has reserved a number of tickets for disabled people. To request these, please     send an email to the following address f4tickets@euroleague.net

8. Box tickets: To request these tickets, please send an email to the following address vipbox@euroleague.net

HOW TO PICK UP YOUR TICKETS:

You have several options to pick up your tickets :

1. Home delivery: We will send your tickets via a courier service to the address you have specified. We will start to send     tickets from March 15, and you will have them before the second week of April.

2. At the “Entradas.com” automatic terminals available next to the Community of Madrid Sports Palace from April 1, 2008.

3. At the box offices of the Community of Madrid Sports Palace, at the following times:

   From Monday April 28, 2008 to Wednesday April 30, 2008:
     Opening hours: from 4 pm to 8 pm

   Thursday May 1, 2008 and Saturday May 3, 2008
    Opening hours: from midday to 8 pm

   Friday May 2, 2008 and Sunday May 4, 2008:
    Opening hours: from 10 am to 8 pm

If you wish to pick up your tickets, it is essential that you carry the CARD which you used to pay for them.
